I’ve been working in Information Technology for over 20 years with experience in both software development and IT Operations. For the last decade or so I’ve been working to understand how to deliver software more reliably and more frequently. This has led me to specialise in DevOps and Continuous Delivery, two closely related disciplines which inform my views on People, Processes and Tools.
